Appreciated Bolzano, the hotel was appealing and quiet little close to the city center.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and I particularly liked the comfortable bed and the large bathroom 🛁. Being close to the city center was convenient. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns.

Comfortable beds that are so cozy, a fridge to keep your drinks chilled, a nice sitting area for relaxing, and a convenient writing table 👌. Great spot that's super close to the train station, too!

The general areas were well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed spending time in the garden. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with ramps and elevators to help me move around comfortably.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there for senior guests.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference and I understand that others might actually enjoy it.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by kind and professional staff. The room was simple but very clean, and it had a balcony with a beautiful view. I liked the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located near the bus stop and railway station. The breakfast in the dining area was lovely, and the garden was well-maintained.
